Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request permanent deletion of your Zivo account at any time.

Steps to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to zivo.support@gmail.com
  2. Use your registered phone number in the email
  3. Mention "Delete my account" in your request

Processing Time

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving your request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Profile information (name, gender, avatar)
  • Call history and activity
  • Wallet and app usage data

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction records (for legal and financial compliance)
